i found Log "%PLATFORM-FCA-2-CLK_FAIL"

I founed this log in ASR-9912 

LC/0/7/CPU0:Dec 13 08:15:48.791 BKK: pfm_node_lc[297]: %PLATFORM-FCA-2-CLK_FAIL : Set|zllc[127026]|0x1046000|Device driver for device 'FMEA CLK DIAG' detected clock reference failure / DPLL unlock indicator on 'ZARLINK Chip'. Instance reporting the problem is 255.

I think it is a known bug in  Cisco ASR 9000 series devices....Please follow the link below for more details.....

This is not necessarily a bug, its indicating the clocking ASIC for features such as ptp, synce etc has an issue

it could be a hardware fault on this ASIC, you can check "show pfm location 0/7/cpu0" to see if the alarm clears

you can reload the card to see if it clears, but if it comes back i would open a TAC case to double check and possible replace it if required
