Can anyone explain me why there are VSM kit downloads available but the main IOS-XR software is not?

Hi Florian,

this version is released on "limited availability" mode. The VSM image shouldn't be here, it's a glitch in the system.

I suggest you contact your account team if you want to get access to this image,
