XR-OS l2vpn ARP issue

Hi Community,

We have a l2vpn setup on XR-OS with two tengig interfaces on the same router joined in one bridge-domain with BVI interface for routing.

The setup is working fine, however randomly we get an issue where one of the servers in one of the interfaces is not responding from outside or from the BVI IP. 

After a clear arp-cache , the non-responsive IP is reachable again. 

Any suggestions if this an XR issue or from the server side.

what platform is this? which line card? version?

one thing we can try, if the system supports it. to have an ethernet-services acl on the L2 interface

we can ping from the server to the bvi and use the statistics on this acl to count the packets and validate if they are being received
