We ran into this problem after upgrading from v11 to v13.5. Simple removing the 's' from the https://proxyserver.com solves it. SSL Proxy still works even if the prefix is http instead of https.

We were using 9130-AXE with the 9103 antennas. Found that the 3rd antenna did not have anything assigned to it for connect. Using the dropdown picked the last 5ghz antenna and we were able to place in DNA.
