With the 7962G phone model, we've been able to do a hard forward, but we'd like our phones to roll to an external number rather than voicemail. We still want our phones to ring though. Is there a way to set this up?
I have a cisco 4650 and trying to get it to registger, it will give me the IEC Kiosk page then the boot page and then it gives error: Service temp unavailble. It will not do anything else.
