Button greyed out on cisco jabber

Hello all,

I have a cucm 11.5 integrated with IM&Presence 11.5 and cisco expressway all wrks fine.

but the problem is when i use cisco jabber with MRA for sending any thing , all buttons are greyed out .

Is it a normal behavior ?

AFAIK, only MFT file transfer is possible over MRA. p2p is not supported.

MFT stands for Managed File Transfer, it requires a file server and a database to be integrated into the CUPS system. This is covered in the system documentation.

over MRA, Your only option to file transfer is to deploy Managed-File-Transfer (MFT)

I have jabber version 14.1.4 with VDI envirnment and plug is 14.1.3 and has similar issue. Mute button greyed out randomly.
