Hi,
Jabber iPad, when trying to add our CUCM I get the error "Failed to connect to the specified server".
I have followed the steps in the "Setup for Unified Communications Manager" section of the "Cisco Jabber for iPad Administrators Guide" but no joy!
Any ideas?
Thanks
Matt

All, was having the same issue here in our cluster. Bounced the pub and it works like a champ.

Yea Got Jabber working when I am in the office.
Using the Presence path I was able to get presence working first and then after bouncing the cluster I can go all the way to make video calls.
BUT there is a problem if I do the same thing when I anyconnect in. Presence comes up and I can see that it is spinning trying to connect to the CallManager, but it seems to time out and it kicks me completely out of the application. That is a problem, because I do not think I can stop it from continuing.
It should simply time out and still let the presence side work.
Bug?

After rocking the cluster I am calling with video not problem. It may of been my connection last night, but over AnyConnect it registered to CUCM once, tons of jitter, then wouldn't register again.
Next is VCS!

Yep, reboot sorted it.
The app worked first thing so the config was good!
