Hello,
Is there any way in IM&P or CUCM to see the time an user has been available (green) on any of the devices he has signed in?
How can I control the amount of time that must pass before Jabber client (CSF, BOT, TCT, TAB) puts the status of the user in "absent"? We have Jabber users from iPhone, Android, Windows and Tablets. These users are signed in internally or by using MRA through Expressway.

Yes this can be set, you'll need to configure that in your jabber-config.xml file - for more info on that see this great post - https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/106926/jabber-config-file-generator You can set the following in there; Set Status to Away when inactive Set Status to Away on OS Lock Minutes of inactivity before setting status to Away Regards, Richard">https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/106926/jabber-config-file-generator
You can set the following in there;
Set Status to Away when inactive - True/False
Set Status to Away on OS Lock - True/False
Minutes of inactivity before setting status to Away - x minutes

Hi,
I'm using Cisco Jabber for Windows in Phone only mode, is there a way to forward calls to VM when i lock my machine or away from my machine for sometime.
Any useful posts would be really helpful.

Any update on this? I too am looking to see a log of when users are available or away similar to UCCX agent status.
