Quick Start guide for Cisco Jabber

Customer is looking for the latest version of this guide. 

Specificly they are running a 12.5 verion on their Windows environment and the last one I can find is labled for 11.9 buid.

Is this the latst one available?

I have this same challenge!! The 11.9 quick start guide was perfect for new users but not having one for the new 12.X versions and sending people to a hard to navigate webex help portal is a terrible solution. I can find some guides for the desktop version as has been posted here, but nothing for the mobile platforms. If you are going to change your app provide a simple guide for the new version like was provided for previous versions.

It's situations like this that should drive organizations AWAY from Cisco.  You are a 50 billion / year company and yet, you can't find the time to provide an End User Guide for the latest version of Jabber ? 

I recommend that organizations investigate Zoom Phone and relieve yourself from the complexity, cost and overhead of Cisco IPT.
