Can someone help me with the document to understand Jabber logs to trace a call.

Bharath, unfortunately there is no document that provides a detailed insight into what the logs mean, it mainly educated guessing, typically TAC knows what to look for. If you have an issue re, a specific log. throw kt at us and we can help you best effort basis. cheers

I advise you to read SIP RFC for a better understanding of the call flows and it is the same in Jabber. You can also make use of the Cisco collaboration solution analyser to trace a call. Please find the link here for CSA. Collaboration solution analyser

CSA is a great choice when you have logging from UCM, Expressway, etc or other parts of the solution to combine. It helps to get time stamps and other information up front as a place to begin investigation .
