We are having an issue with agent freezes .
After a reboot, all is good.
my version uccx 9.0.2.11001-24
any idea?

Hi,
Do u have any specific instances when the CAD freezes, say, when call arrives or during a wrap up or when transferred, also does it freeze during idle time.
