Agent Request API Reference Document

Hi,

Is there any reference document available for agent request API? Just wanna know about more technical details like required client and API information (like HTML and Javascript to setup video widgets and event handler). Please respond anyone ASAP.

The Agent Request API is also called the Callback API and is documented in Chapter 4 of the SocialMiner Developer’s Guide here
