API does not allow data older than 12 moths

I want to get data from 2021 to till date but It does not allow to get data older than 12 months in pasts. Is there any way I can get older data?

I am using Webex Contact Center system and trying to get data from Tasks & Agent Activities API.

Webex stores 13months worth of data, it is referenced/outlined here, that's why you don't see something back that far.
