One of my customers asked me to implement a contact center for them, the main issue is he needs to authenticate callers (customers) before putting them in the queue, in this way only the customers who have a support contract can call the CC. Can you please help me on what will be the procedure for that.
Kindest Regards

What is the authentication going to against? I.e. database, some kind of application, etc?
Either way you can do this with UCCX by either collecting the caller input and comparing it against database or an XML file. For database query steps you will need UCCX Premium edition.

A SOAP call is also possible with a premium license.

Jon, I think Enhanced and Premium licensing gets you the fancy Java stuff.
See Volume 3 of the programming guides, on page 2-6, section "About Expression and Java Licensing"
