I have an agent, when in the ready state and they get a call on their private line and don't answer it, it puts them in the not ready state with the reason code (ring no answer). The agent has to put themselves back into the ready state. Please Advise. Thank You.

Hi Robert,
If the above query is related to UCCX, CAD component.
Please access the UCCX System parameters page, and change the state of RONA to Ready state, by default it is set to Not Ready state.
Please note that this aaplies to all the Agents in the UCCX, if someone doesn't answer the call it will again put it back to Ready state.
