Throw up a label and hard forward out that label out as you need.

Instead of hard coding the external number in dynamic label step in ICM script I prefer using a cti route point or cti port extension reference that is set to call forward all to the desired destination, this way if you have remote locations you can control which GW the call originates from by using appropriate CSS on that device.

Hi
thank you for your answer.
you were very helpful.
I tried both solutions, both works fine but i prefer the second one (with route point defined on CCM)
bye bye
