Hi,
There is some way to configure a call overflow / redirect wen the CCX 8.5 is out of service (network or server problem)?

I've used that method with some customers - CF CTI Fail all to backup target, but also CF No Answer/Busy as well... works OK.

Hi,
you can forward the call from the CTI Route point's line's Call Forward on CTI failure to a hunt group, perhaps.

In lab I've used this configuration, and works OK:
Device / CTI Route Point / Configure Device / (Line [1] - 1692 (no partition)):
Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings
Forward on CTI Failure = 2004
Forward Unregistered Internal = 2004
Forward Unregistered External = 2004
