CCX 11.5 with social Miner 11.6

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to configure a CCX 11.5 with a Social Miner 11.6 (both not installed by me) to achieve mail management.

Everything looks good from the Social Miner side and from the CCX side, no errors.

On the Finesse I always get the message "Chat and Email are temporarily down due to outages".

Could it be because of the 11.5 and 11.6 versions?

Do they have to have the same version?

 

What else can I look to find out what is happening?

The do not have to be the same versions, just compatible.
And it looks like UCCX 11.5(1) or 11.5(1)SU1 do not support SM 11.6(1)

Thanks, I will ask them to upgrade CCX or downgrade Social Miner.

Will post an update on this one.

Just to let you know that an upgrade on the CCX to 11.6(1) solved it.
