Hi all,
I'm trying to configure a CCX 11.5 with a Social Miner 11.6 (both not installed by me) to achieve mail management.
Everything looks good from the Social Miner side and from the CCX side, no errors.
On the Finesse I always get the message "Chat and Email are temporarily down due to outages".
Could it be because of the 11.5 and 11.6 versions?
Do they have to have the same version?
What else can I look to find out what is happening?

Just to let you know that an upgrade on the CCX to 11.6(1) solved it.
