I am getting this error when trying to get the Enterprise Data to display on the CAD. Anyone seen this before.
What version of UCCX are you running?
What license do you have installed?
Is the everything in service?
Hi Walter thanks for replying. Figured out my issue. Also I need to install a SU3 tonight that will fix the rest of the bugs.I installed the base version and need to apply the SU3 fix.

try to restarted the desktop enterprise services. In most of the cases it resolve the issue.

We just received this error message.... CDAUI2035 Error Communicating with the Enterprise service. We are using UCCX 9 and premium NO HA on this server.... What can we do to fix this issue?
Restart the Cisco Desktop Enterprise Service and see if this fixes your issue.
