What version of windows 2012 R2 you are using? standard or enterprise?
also can you doublecheck if CVP media is having version 11.0? just go to properties of setup.exe and check out the information in detail tab.

Thanks Chintan,
I am using Windows 2012 R2 Data Center ( Enterprise )
Issue was something else.
The ISO that I was seems to be corrupted...
Once I downloaded the same IOS ( same version ) from a different source. It worked.

CVP 11 supports only Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition as an Operating System.
if this is going to be production system, i would recommend to install 2012 standard R2 and then install CVP.

You said you want to install CVP 11,but I noticed that you faced this issue when you install CVP 10.5.Why you want to install CVP 10.5 first?
