I have been trying to use Cisco Finesse. I have tried with Cisco Finesse 11.5, 11.6 and 12.0
I login to Cisco Jabber and then try to login using Finesse webapp. But I have been running into this error for the past few days - Invalid ID or password. Please try again.
Any clues?

Hi,
All of the UCCX sandboxes are not working due to certificate issues. We are working on it.
