We're looking to find the peak concurrent agent's logged in per month in our PCCE v 11.6.1 environment. Is there a SQL query or CUIC report we can run to see this info?

Glad you found the report. You can use the formula they mention in the report description, but there are other tables too. Here's the link to the definition.

Yes, there is the CUIC license consumption report that gives this and other data (there are other ways to get it as well).

I see no reports for licensing or license consumption. Can you please share the report name and/or the other methods you mention?

I found the license consumption report on the Cisco site and will try adding it to our CUIC system, since we didn't have it before. If you don't mind sharing one of the other methods I'd appreciate it, in case I have issues adding this report.
