Contact Center Script Editor Call Flow

I am trying to update some old as-builts documents and need to download each scipt in the format that's displayed in Cisco Unified ICM/CCE/CCH - Script Editor.  Does any one now how to do that?  I have about 600 scripts and don't want to do screen prints for each script. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe what you're looking for is possible with CCE Script Editor. Call Studio, yes, but not Script Editor.

I didn't think so but thanks anyway Bill.

I did think of one thing, in case it helps you, instead of you having to download them all, what about if you looked at them via Internet Script Editor and then printed them to PDF? Again, really not ideal and may not give you what you want, but at least eliminates the download and mapping steps.

This is your best option that isn't very painful. However, in my opinion a copy of the ICM script is just not very good. The other option is to use this awesome tool that takes your ICS file and puts it into another format. https://icmstransform.pythonanywhere.com/

Thank you for posting this @david.macias , I'd not heard of it. I've seen the one for UCCX scripts but never this one for UCCE, I will have to try it sometime.

Can you share a link to the UCCX version?

Thank you David for your posting.  Where are the ICS or .ICMS files located?

Open Script Editor > File > Save As.

David my script files extension is .aef.  I don't have an option to save them as .icms, which is what the tool is looking for.  I tried saving one as .icms and it was recognized by the tool.

Are you sure you don't have UCCX instead of UCCE, UCCX scripts are typically aef format. If that's the case, then there's similar tools like https://uccx2flow.univonix.com/ or http://www.contactview.com/

David, please disregard my last reply.  I had to use the export and was able to save the file.  The Microsoft Visio wasn't perfect but it gives me a view.  However, I can't edit the layout.  For instance I can't connect objects and so forth. Thanks for all your assistance.

There is a member in the community that has shared this link several times. I cannot think of his name.

Upload your script in this editor, and it will do its best to create a visual representation of the script.
