I have installed IPCC Express V3.5.2 on CCM V4.0.2A.

Calls will not q to Agents. I have checked the trace files on the CRA Admin page and notice the following error message.

Failed To Load CSQ because CSQ is invalid.

Does anybody have any ideas.

Thanks

Ian.

Hi Ian,

If you are getting "Failed to Load CSQ because CSQ is invalid" error message in the MIVR, then the problem is Invalid CSQ Name configured in the Application configuration page in appadmin or script.

Recommended Action: Correct the CSQ Name in the script or application configuration page.

I have added the MIVR log trace from my lab system with same error for your reference.

Venkat,

Thanks for the reply. I'll give this a go when Im in the office next Tuesday. I'll let you know how I get on.

Ian.

Problem resolved.

Thanks for the info.

Ian.

Venka,

Anyway to trap this exception "com.cisco.wfapi.WFExecutionException" it is not listed in the OnException GoTo properties.

This helped me in pin pointing my issue with the invalid CSQ error, under the trigger on UCCX the DP, LOC, PT and CSS did not match the settings under CTI route point on CUCM, this changed when trigger was removed and added again but that details was never updated again. Working like a charm now again.

Best Regards
