Hi Guys,
I have a problem with CTI OS agent desktop 6.0
I get logged on to the CTI OS agent desktop but the "Make a Call " button dosent get highlighted.
when I click the "greyed out" button the agent desktop gives error and is closed.
Any help greatly appriciated.

Please provide the error the desktop is displaying.

I assume you are in not ready state when attempting to make a call?
I have seen this issue previously. When installed on my laptop ctios failed with this error. When installed on a client machine with a direct through connection to a phone it works without issue. I assumed it was related to not having a phone directly connected. However a test install of ctios client co-resident on the server worked without issue so that may not have been the answer.
