I need to build custom cuic report on CUCM data, via third party source (sql server), and connect this third party in CUIC. This is possible as per community discussions but I am unable to materialize this Data import.
Please advise how can I fetch cucm data into third party DB ?

You can have UCM send data to a location via FTP/SFTP for instance and then import it into your database.
Here's a link that goes over it
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/12_5_1/Car/cucm_b_cdr-analysis-reporting-admin-guide-1251/cucm_b_cdr-analysis-reporting-admin-guide-1251_chapter_010.html#CUCM_RF_C60605F7_00
There are also a number of third parties that already have this pre built for you if you want to go that route (Aceyus I believe, Metropolis, others.).

You may want to try a free tool like VoIP Detective. It is a call reporting package that will allow you to report on calls in and out of CUCM, as well as CUIC / UCCX (assuming they traverse CUCM).
This works exactly as bill.king1 described - CUCM will SFTP calls to VoIP Detective where they are processed and inserted into a database.
