CUIC not showing any values.

Hello ,

we have webex CCE lab right now.

I wanted to see how many agents available from CUIC , but I dont see any values . And I have admin rights as well.

could anyone help me this what could be the reason . I have attached a screenshot also.

Do you see values when you look in other reports, like for call types for instance?
It could be that for whatever reason your users isn't in a group that has permissions to view that collection/value list?

Hello sir,

thank you for the reply. it was something do with the permissions. Cisco TAC provided the needed permissions . We are all set now. Thank you .
