CUIC Report Field Mapping

Does anyone have the queries run by report? I'm looking to build a mapping document to replicate some of the built in reports from CUIC.

I'm looking for the Agent Detail Report, Common Skill CSQ Activity Report, Detail Call CSQ Agent Report, Agent Not Reason Code Summary Report, Agent Call Summary Report to start.

Hej Robert.

You can see when you run the report which SP it is using (In the dropdown).

Can you use that ?

For getting the SP, you can connect to the Informix, and see the SP there.

In addition to what @Thomas G. Johannesen noted, the reporting PDF guide lists each report and the tables that they pull from in case that helps you.
