Below is the link for EIM WIM Version 11.0.x

You have to create Eim Reporting database in CUIC data source .

Can I use this template for eGain?

Where do you find: "Templates_EIMWIM_11_HS_11.0.zip" as I do not see it in the Templates download section for CUIC.

running EIM 11.0(1) and CUIC 11.0(1) and need some EIM reports templates for CUIC.

Anyone know if the above templates work with these versions? Where did you find them?
