Hello Everyone.
We are using UCCX 10.6,i need some information on CUIC report.
Is there any report from which we can come to know the call was disconnected from customer or customer support executive post recieving the call.

Hi Vimal,
It appears there is no such report available on CUIC/UCCX. You will be able to get this information from CUCM or gateway.

Manish is correct in saying that there is no report available within CUIC that can give you this data. You will need to check the CM CDR to get the disconnect cause code and that will also not tell explicitly which party disconnected the call and hence you will need to dig more in the logs to find this out.
