Hello Everyone,
We are using UCCX 10.6 & CUIC for reports.The problem that we are facing is that we get only 8000 records (rows)per report at a time.We have to manually select different timeframes to analyse the report for business (eg. If we want to pull Detail Call CSQ Report of 1 week then manually we have to pull it for every single day & then consolidate the same )
We have gone through some documents which has some work around for UCCE in which it is mentioned that we have to execute some queries & make some changes in web report.
Our concern is that are we suppose to do that at once or every time when we pull the reports & also if it is applicable to UCCX.

Limitation of 8000 records in CUIC for Historical Reports is working as Designed and the same is also mentioned in CUIC guide.

You can use the same workaround as mentioned in below document for UCCX as well though you will need to change the syntax so that it can be understood by Informix DB which UCCX uses opposed to MS SQL Syntax that is there for UCCE in the example:

You can also export your data to and external DB, and make your reports from there (with another reporting tool then CUIC)
