Customer Chat Interface

Hi All,

Just wondering how I can customize the customer chat interface. I have changed the logo ect. But what about background color \ text?

That link is about the form not the front end of the actual chat.

modifying the front end of the actual chat interface is not supported. Only the initial chat request form can be modified.

how about people that need to customize e.g. "me" to something we would want in our native language, that is in the chat window the customer sees - if this is not possible then CCx must be changed to be marketed only for US/UK but not for Europe like it's done now.

I found out if you install the language pack and the agent is logged into the associated language then you'll get multi languages. But only 1 per logged in agents, this does not work for mutli-lingual agents.

Why not have it customisable, it should be easy enough to program it in.
