I am using this CVP 2 option Voice Element to verify an phone number input. The system does not recognize that a 1 or 2 was pushed. Has anyone run into this before?

Hi,
Does it recognize the DTMF key press? Is it collecting the call number you are entering in element before confirmation.
You can check this in application activity logs.
And if it doesn't then we will have to check SIP config on GW/CUCM depending on call path. (SIP Trunk/GW Dial-Peer).

It recognizes the DTMF from the call number and reads it back correctly. It is the confirmation pressing 1 or declination pressing 2 that it does not recognize and just asks to enter the number again.

Thanks for the second set of 'eyes'. After reading down through the whole activity log, it is working correctly but as I pass it back to ICM, I have a mistake that just puts it in a loop back to the CVP app, appearing that is was not taking the DTMF confirmation.
Thanks!
