Hi Team,
I have an audio element in my cvp script which basically provides 3 options ( eg. opt1,opt2,opt3) and obviously has additionally exit states as max_nomatch and max_noinput.
However, in reporting i see an additional exit state = none mapped with that audio element with Result as Hang Up.
Is it safe to assume that all the count belonging to that state are basically for the customers who hung up after listening to the audio prompt ?

Where are you seeing the report with node exit state detail?
