CVP scheduled callback

Hello,

i'm getting the below error while configuring CCB in a lab in a CVP comprehensive model.

the call flow goes like the following: call manager--->SIP trunk-->voice gateway-->CVP-->ICM

i read similar posts to this one, but no solution was offered except of a successful configuration that was posted online on Cisco website.

Has anybody faced the same issue and was able to know the root cause of the problem?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Fabien,

Have you configured a sip profile on the gateway ?

Courtesy callback is supported with CUBE (ISR and ASR).

Unified CVP supports ISR 15.0(1)M1.2, 15.1(4)M3, 15.2(2)T, 15.2(3)T1 and 15.2.4 M with the limitations that a "sip-profile" configuration is needed on ISR for the courtesy callback feature.

In sip-sip configuration the profile is required to send the probe header in the SIP INVITE to CVP.

During lab setup,  I found the same error message as I  missed to call the service cvp-survivability in the coming voip dial peer in the gateway.

dial-peer voice 6050 voip

description from gateway

service cvp-survivability

voice-class codec 1

incoming called-number 6050

dtmf-relay rtp-nte h245-signal h245-alphanumeric

 no vad
