Enable reason codes box greyed out?

IPCCX Enhanced 3.5.3 on dedicated server. CCM 4.0.2

When I go into Desktop Admin I can enter new reason codes ok, but the check box to enable reason codes is greyed out & cannot be checked.

Is this due to a licensing issue?

I think you have to add a Not Ready and Logout code to be able to check the box.

Desktop Administrator user guide specifies the Reason Code configuration details...

As per the above document

NOTE: You cannot enable reason codes unless at least one user-defined reason code exists for Logout and one exists for Not Ready.

Thanks for the quick responses.

Yeah, I'd only put in logout reasons, but none for not ready. Once I put a not ready in I could then check the box.
