Finesse Browswer

What is the recommended browser for Finesse please? Can we use chrome and would there be any issue? appreciate any advise. Thank you all.

For best results, Google Chrome is the recommended browser for Cisco Finesse. 

Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome, all these browsers are supported with Cisco Finesses but it depends on your Cisco UCCX/Finesse version. Please check the compatibility guide depending on your UCCX version:
