Hello!
Is It possible to modify the time for the alert that is showed up in finesse to take or decline direct preview calls?

Hello,
You can do it in Campaign General Settings (UCCX Administration -> Subsystem -> Outbound -> General)

The setting is a global one and will work for all Direct Preview campaigns.
