Hello,
I saw at Cisco live! a case study where agents could change attributes value (false/true) through a toggle button in a Finesse gadget.
-> Presentation "Advanced CCE Scripting with Precision Routing" case study 5.
Through the Finesse API and webservices, i can get some information to display on a gadget but i didn't find how to set agent configuration such as change the proficiency level or the boolean value for attributes.
Is anybody using this feature with a finesse gadget ? Do you have any examples ?

For Packaged CCE you can use the Agent API to update the agent attributes.

The Finesse API does not allow for configuring an agent’s queues. I would check with the Cisco Live (Europe?) presenter to see what API they were using.
