Finesse logs out my entire Team around 8 pm each day. All Agents are still active and working at that time. Why might this be happening and how to stop?

Hi, you'd need to provide a little more information (product like CCE vs CCX, version, etc.), but does it happen to all users, all users only at one location, etc.?
Does your reporting show you being logged out due to an error/disconnect, or as if all is normal.
If it is a disconnect/error, I'd look to make sure perhaps there isn't something going on at the location network wise/scheduled maintenance.
If it looks normal, are you sure there's not some type of scheduled job that someone has set up to do this. Or along the same lines, some supervisor that is logging out the agent at the end of their day and think you're closed?

Please check if there is a network issue going on with Finesse Servers, from the logs. Also check the JTAPI logs and your network, if there was any loss
