Finesse's features for supervisors is very disappointing

Please correct me if I'm wrong here, I'm deploying this for the first time. (I'm hoping that I'm wrong)

I'm very disappointed in the lack of things a supervisor can do from the Finesse portal and can only be done by the UCCX admin.

Specifically, a supervisor can't change:

-agents skill levels

-group membership

-team membership

So no management of their agents or the CSQ's other than forcing them to sign in or out?

I believe most of what you're looking for can be done by the supervisor, they just don't do it within Finesse. Here's a post about it from this group that also talks about other options as far as third party, as well as a link to the Cisco guide from an older version (not sure what you were on).

This is the first I've seen mention of a UCCX Supervisor Web Interface. It does sound like this has what I was expecting Finesse to have. Thank you!

The "Advanced Supervisor" capabilities (which are present in 12.5, may have been added in 12.0) lets you do most of what want.  For more details see:
