I am having a customer running CCM 5.x with Genesys ipcc.
Now we are planning to upgrade the CCM to 6.1(2) ,so do we need to upgrade the genesys ipcc also or not ?
Does CCM 6.X support the Genesys IPCC ?

please contact Genesys, they should have qualified CUCM 6.1.

Could you please describe the archetecture of you enviroment?
a specialy who is act as queueing (Genesys stream manager or Cisco )???
