how can i change column name in the Phonebook

how can i change column name in the Phonebook.Currently by default Phonebook is showing LastName,First Name...i have to change the name to LOB Name(Instead of Last Name).Any help is really appreciated.

Hi,

The phone book gadget is not customizable so it isn't possible to change the column name.
