How to upgrade ICM 12.6.2 patch in current Finesse v12.6.1 & UCCE 12.5

Hi team,

I've been facing issues on upgrading a patch file which I have got for finesse upgradation ICM v12.6.2 . Currently our standalone cisco lab is running on finesse version 12.6.1, linked to UCCE v12.5. I'm unaware how to upgarde the patch, so it will be very much helpful if anyone can guide me through the process.

A quck headsup : The cisco lab is deployed in vmware esxi and I have already uploaded the patch file in datastore. Need assistance on this in urgent.

Before upgrading refer to the below links, from 12.6.1 to 12.6.2.

  1. Check 12.6.1 to 12.6.2 for any hardware spec change to Update VM Properties

For the lab, there is no potential impact you can upgrade from 12.6.1 to 12.6.2 with a CCE Minor/Maintenance Release Software.

Hello,

If you look at the ReadMe file of the installation patch, it clearly gives you step-by-step instructions to install and even rollback. You can get it from Cisco site from where you downloaded patch.
