Dear members,
Could you please advise if the below features are feasible in UCCX 12.5:
- Integrating CUIC Dashboard (without authentication) on the customer portal.
- Notifying agents with a beep sound if certain time threshold is passed during the call.
- Notes within finesse agent desktop that will be visible to all agents and should be associated with the call.

You can build dashboards in CUIC and make them available without authentication if you make a permalink.
I don't know how to do a beep, but I believe you can set thresholds to cause visuals alerts to display when calls go past a certain length.
If you allow users to edit variables, you could have the agents put some values in the custom call variables. That would follow the call for the duration and be visible on reports.

Beep is possible utilizing 3rdpartygadgets, if you can write a custom gadget that looks for thresholds passed in CTI.
