ipcc error 10150 :: Agent is already logged in

Hello guys,

Request your guidance to resolve below issue

agent is unable to login to CTI, while login attempt he is getting IPCC Error 10150 : agent already logged in.

We have perform below checks

1. de associated and re associated phone with PG user : not rectified

2. deleted the DN from CUCM : still showing as agent is logged in from the Agent Real time report.

3. un check login enabled from agent explorer : still facing.

4. though of recreating the agent but since agent is already logged in, attempt also failed.

5. perfomred force log out using OPC test : still agent showing as logged in

Note: in the agent real time table the agent state showing as 4 (talking)

UCCE Version : 8.5.4

Hi,

can you tell me if you experienced a loss of communication between side A and B recently.

I am afraid the only thing that may help would be to reload both sides.

we finally modified the existing user and created  a new user.

have no idea what happent to the agent earlier.

Do the opc_exit and check. if this is production environement you should do in non-productional hours.

Just a thought. Have u tried Logging into Supevsor desktop and log out the Agent?

Most of the time people recommend Exit_opc but this can be solved by recycle the PG services. Then check the status of the agent in "t_Agent_Real_Time" Table.

Hi Shalid, i have the same problem. After multiple investigation i noticed with in CISCO AW server under Configuration Manager \ List Tools \ Person List search for the account and please verify if the option to login is active. In my case it wasn't and it corrected the problem.
