Hello,
I am trying to combine reports like the "agent state summary by agent" and "agent summary report" into one report. I am adding the calls presented and calls handled fields into "agent state summary report". I am having trouble locating the data and table to which these fields "call handled" and "call presented" are referencing to.
Does anybody know exactly from which table the data is being pulled. If i can get the table name, then I would be able to customize it using the crystal.

Will Crystal Reports version 11 work to run reports or does it require 8.5 explicitly.
