Got a IPCC express enhanced installation with active directory setup. I cannot get any resources/agents to appear after associating users in call managers to their ICD extension. This company's users are spread acoss several OUs, so my search base is high up in the forest. Has anyone else run into this and how can it be remedied?

Do the resources/agents fail to show up in appadmin or Desktop Administrator? I've seen agents show up in appadmin, but not in Desktop Administrator. In that case, in Desktop Administrator, you can click your LDAP profile, Setup, and Synchronize Directory Services.
Hope this helps.

Just curious if he found a resolve for this one. We have the same setup and are unable to see agents listed as resources.
I have added their device to the RM Jtapi user. I have also assigned the ICD extension in the user device association.

Turned out to be the LDAP CallManager Base context. you can't have it at the root of the forest. It actually has to point to the CCN ou.
