We have a customer presently on 10.x who wants to upgrade to 12.5. This customer is presently using a macro to take the ANI field within CAD and copy it, paste it, and hit return in a Citrix window with their CRM software loaded. Is anyone aware of any 3rd party software, or a workaround, to make this work in Finesse?
